Protests Support in the Workplace?

What has been the experience for those who have took time off or openly acknowledged or shared that they protested at the workplace with colleagues and peers.

This is a great question. From the people that I have spoken with they haven't spoken up to management about it and some have even been offended that white people have reached out to them. Their reason is that some of them haven't ever reached out before now they are reaching out during the pandemic. So I'd be interested to hear others perspective on this

We havent taken time off to protest, however our company has been proactive in both making a statement and openly talking to employees. Our CEO had a town hall about a week ago to discuss systemic racism with employees. We had speakers as well of varying backgrounds giving their point of view in terms of where we go from here. .The company also made donations to organizations chosen by employees to that help minorities. Last count was about 350k in donations to over 100 organizations.
