Create boundaries for yourself with work. More importantly communicate these boundaries to your boss and maybe even align on when you’ll be unavailable for things like “kids, personal commitments, self care”. If your boss/team is resistant to healthy work/life flexible boundaries, it may mean the culture of the company is not a good fit for you.
